Across Australia, our team shares a drive to help the communities we live and work in. We have built strong relationships with key community organisations who help us identify the people most at need and what we can do to help.
Past projects range from individual scholarships for young technicians to helping sporting organisations Australia-wide with much needed equipment.
We also respond to immediate crises when we can, setting up community kitchens and funding assistance programs during emergencies and natural disasters.
Keep in touch with the latest news from Technika, including new features, recipes, events and important product information, plus stay up to date on our latest technology and product releases. You can also hear from some happy customers and get to know the team who make everything possible.
The Black Saturday bush fires were Australia's worst bush fires on record, with several fires burning across Victoria on 7 February 2009.
Technika is located in Melbourne's north, and we had a number of staff, customers and friends affected by this disaster in many ways.
We set up community kitchens across Victoria to aid communities affected by power and water outages. We also donated appliances to some of those who lost everything.
On behalf of everyone affected by The Black Saturday bush fires, Technika would like to thank and praise the CFA and all of the volunteers involved – what an amazing job they do.
The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 140 years. As the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria, the hospital's care extends to children from Tasmania, southern NSW and other states around Australia and overseas.
This is a special charity we are committed to supporting every year through their charity gala, an amazing night that really makes us re-evaluate what's important in life.
We are proud to be a long-term supporter of the RCH. Many of our staff get involved and we try to raise as much money as possible by donating appliances for the charity auction

Bundoora Football & Netball Club is a local club playing AFL in the Northern Football League. This proud and successful club was originally founded in 1974. In 2012, the club first fielded a netball team in the NFL Netball Competition and has expanded significantly since.
Local sporting clubs simply cannot run without the help of local business, which is why we are proud to have sponsored the Bundoora Football & Netball Club since 2011.
We are proud of everyone who plays for the club and look forward to continuing our sponsorship into the future.
Vida Tennis is Australia's most progressive tennis coaching team, offering a holistic approach to teaching in a fun learning environment. Founded in 1998, their vision is simple: to create life opportunities for kids through the structure and benefits of sport.
Technika has supported Vida Tennis through sponsorship since 2010, after learning about the many Australian kids who are unable to play sport due to financial restrictions.
We want to give as many kids as possible the opportunity to get involved in sport and enjoy the associated benefits of improved long-term health, social skills, self-esteem and so much more.
We love hearing success stories from Vida Tennis, like how some kids have been given the opportunity to become the next Pat Rafter or Sam Stosur.
